8 Shoe Personality Types

So I thought that it would be kind of cool to put together a bit of a profile on the different types of shoes and what they say about the women that wear them (this is based on something I read in Cosmo haha), so here is a list of some common types of shoes and what they might mean about her:

1. Ladies Court Shoe

 Court Shoe

  •  Court shoes are a classic job-interview or work shoe.
  • Courts are easy to feel confident in while still being comfy – whether in the office or out for drinks.
  • Women who wear courts are loyal friends, respectable and resilient.
  • Her values are basic – work hard, get paid well, use your brain and treasure your friends and family.

2. Stilettos

Stilettos

  • Cause bunions and bad backs.
  • It’s a power thing, if you’re towering above people your confidence peaks.
  • Women feel powerful in them even though they can barely walk.
  • An alpha female doesn’t need to be able to run! She embraces her raw feminine power and isn’t afraid to tell you what she wants.

3. Flats, Loafers And Pumps

 Flats

  • Flat shoe wearers have a lot of drive, diplomacy and get the job done.
  • They’ll solve friends’ problems as fast as they solve their own.
  • Many women buy ballet flats that are too small so they stay on but this can damage the foot, opt for a style with a strap.

4. Trainers

 Trainers

  • More likely to display leadership qualities.
  • More likely to be assertive and spontaneous.
  • Whether she’s dashing to the gym or around town, the trainer wearer loves being in motion.
  • But some people wear trainers for comfort and they’re lazier!
  • Ditch them after 6 months as they lose their shock absorption.

5. Flip-Flops And Flat Sandals

 Flip Flops

  • Like to feel the breeze on their toes.
  • Love to keep things natural.
  • The only make up they need is sunscreen.
  • Flip flops show that she has a “resort” attitude, living at an easy pace.
  • If you wear them to work with a suit, it can give the wrong impression but flat sandals could be the perfect compromise.
  • They’re perfect if you want a glammed-up style but aren’t comfortable with heels.
  • Sandals have sex appeal as they expose the whole foot.

6. Peep-Toes, Strappy Heels And Teetering Wedges

 Peep-Toes

  • Ideal for summer parties, cocktails or just to show off tanned legs.
  • Strappy heel wearers like to be looked at.
  • She considers her feet an asset that she loves to show off.
  • The peep-toe, however, reveals a little but not too much.
  • Wearers of either type are happy with their femininity – they make a sassy entrance, as people get a peek of toe cleavage.
  • Wedges show you can balance sexiness with being grounded – they’re high but still give support.

7. Mary Janes

 Mary Janes

  • Clever and fun.
  • These women play down their sex appeal and play up being smart, witty and cute.
  • They suggest a playfulness under a prim exterior.
  • Sweet but still sexually charged.
  • Neatness and co-ordination are key.
  • She’ll have a bedroom done out in shades that compliment each other – pale pink, yellow and mint green are essential parts of their colour scheme.

8. Mules, Clogs And Crocs

Crocs

  • Some say fashion statement others say fashion faux pas.
  • Crocs are utility shoes and the women who wear them are confident in their own skin.
  • That glimpse of a bare heel can be sexier than a stiletto.
  • The clog type likes solidity under her feet.
  • Her vibe is mellow.
  • She’s creative and has a spirituality that gives everything she does a sort of gravitas.
